Changes for version 1.4

Cleaning up tests to be more standard. I'm not sure where 1.2 went. 1.3 had an accident.

Generates a regex to partition a data set

To install REPartition, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm REPartition

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install REPartition
