Reverted to the simpler method of skipping the load test when $ENV{DISPLAY} is not set on non-win32 platforms (AZAWAWI)
Removed Test::NeedsDisplay dependency (AZAWAWI)

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::LoadTests, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::LoadTests

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::LoadTests
