Changes for version 0.37
- added page request functionality.
- added release summary functionality.
- due to the recent expansion, the 12generate.t test script now needs more complex logic. The intention is to use Test::Database for this, but unfortunately T::D isn't stable enough to use yet. As such this test script is now effectively disabled.
