add all_folders patch (RT#27531). Thanks to Jerome Quelin.
fixed 30failures.t to skip properly if Test::MockObject is not installed (RT#34193).

mail module to interface with Microsoft (R) Outlook (R).

extension to handle Microsoft (R) Outlook (R) mail folders.

extension to handle Microsoft (R) Outlook (R) mail messages.

To install Mail::Outlook, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Mail::Outlook

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Mail::Outlook
