turned giant loop of ok()s into one big ok() (should help with out of memory errors from CPAN Testers)

fixed required version of Test::More, which was causing TAP parsing failures in CPAN Tester reports

fixed rand_time test file, which was causing intermittent failures in CPAN Tester reports

To install Data::Random, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Data::Random
