Changes for version 0.04 - 2002-04-12
- Fix CPAN magic VERSION setting.
- Ignore leading blank lines of request to behave more like Apache does.
- Use default_pool for recognized requests.
- Only HTTP (1.0 and 1.1) protocol browsers supported at this time.
