    between Cache.pm (which is in memory) and also to be
    more consistent with IPC::SharedCache, which is how
    I implemented it.

    the response similar to how Apache works.
  - Got Net::DNSServer::DBMCache working with freeze/thaw
  - Added more perldoc.
