Added bind() function useful for clients with multiple network interfaces performing the ping check thanks to sethb@clarkhill.com (Seth Blumberg).
Execution optimizations for several constants (Seth).
More test changes in case Socket module is not available (Jarkko Hietaniemi).

To install Net::Ping, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::Ping

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::Ping
