ENHANCEMENTS
- Added support for specifying and retrieving an arbitrary number of columns when using `get` (Tarek Sheasha).
- Added support for [startrow, endrow) scanner
BUG FIXES
- Fixed a bug for PREFIX scanner - when prefix is depleted, the scanning will stop as it should.
