tobyink added the iniweb.pm so you can type perl -Miniweb to start a server in the local directory.

Serve static files from document root with directory index

Very quickly spawn a web server

To install Mojolicious::Plugin::DirectoryServer, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Mojolicious::Plugin::DirectoryServer

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Mojolicious::Plugin::DirectoryServer
