Clean up dist
Fix problem with _exit inherited from MyCPAN::Indexer. This killed applications embedding the DPAN indexer

dpan

create a DarkPAN from directories

Create a D(ark)PAN out of the indexed distributions

in lib/Indexer-DPAN.pm

in lib/App-DPAN.pm

To install MyCPAN::App::DPAN, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MyCPAN::App::DPAN

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MyCPAN::App::DPAN
