Changes for version 1.02 - 2013-07-08

David Golden re-did everything with Capture::Tiny to get around the odd output paths that we coudn't handle with a tie.

Utilities to test STDOUT and STDERR messages.

To install Test::Output, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::Output

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::Output
