Changes for version 0.05 - 2009-03-09

The FastCGI situation was more complex than I realized. After chatting with some people on #http-engine, I discovered that the issue I was having could be fixed via configuration rather than code, so I removed the code workaround.

run Squatting apps on top of HTTP::Engine

To install Squatting::On::HTTP::Engine, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Squatting::On::HTTP::Engine

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Squatting::On::HTTP::Engine
