Changes for version 0.07 - 2014-11-01

Refactoring. Moved JavaScript code to vest.js and made it private. Improved JavaScript code quality.
Using version strings for referred JS and CSS files that correspond to the modules which provide them.
Improved SYNOPSIS.
Improved message validation.
Added keydown event handler to send message by pressing Enter in textarea. This is expected behavior in chat software.
Upgraded to Ado 0.71
