Changes for version 0.12 - 2015-06-12

Fix. When starting a new talk, get_new_messages() in vest.js will not try to get new messages from the server any more as it is pointless.
Implemented delayed polling for new messages when window is blurred. Each next request is delayed with 5 seconds more.
Added localization support for labels and buttons.
Upgraded to Ado 0.921.
Total Test Coverage: 95.5%!
