- "IssueType" => after an ü is not any uppercase character allowed

Perl extension to convert german umlauts to and from ascii

To install Lingua::DE::ASCII, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Lingua::DE::ASCII

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Lingua::DE::ASCII
