added constants defining tabular-, white-space- and colon-seperated data
- TAB_SEPERATED
- COLON_SEPERATED
- WHITE_SPACE_SEPERATED
fixed some typos, where I wrote Tie::File instead of Tie::CSV_File

ties a csv-file to an array of arrays

in CSV_File.pm

To install Tie::CSV_File, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Tie::CSV_File

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Tie::CSV_File
