Allow passing an empty hashref for where clause to signify that no where clause is desired (i.e. return all rows). Requested by Carlos Sosa (gnusosa) - thanks!

To install Dancer::Plugin::Database, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dancer::Plugin::Database

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dancer::Plugin::Database
