Changes for version 1.02

fixed Fat32 bug with locking files in a root directory of a drive (really a workaround to a File::Basename bug)
the PathConvert module is no longer needed

override perl flock() for network or portability purposes

in LockDir.pm

To install File::FlockDir, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm File::FlockDir

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install File::FlockDir
