- Refactored internals making everything cleaner

- Also added perl_pumpkins() function

Mapping Perl releases on CPAN to the location of the tarballs

To install CPAN::Perl::Releases, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CPAN::Perl::Releases

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CPAN::Perl::Releases
