Changes for version 0.20 - 2009-04-07

Made MI::Respository only necessary on the author-side we should be installable on 5.6.* now. No other changes so no need to update in core.

To install CPANPLUS::Dist::Build, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CPANPLUS::Dist::Build

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CPANPLUS::Dist::Build
