Changes for version 0.28 - 2009-05-08

Add the CPANPLUS bin/ dir to $ENV{PATH} if we are running under PERL_CORE. This fixes warnings during 'make test' in the core. No need for other users to upgrade.

Constants for CPANPLUS::Dist::Build

To install CPANPLUS::Dist::Build, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CPANPLUS::Dist::Build

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CPANPLUS::Dist::Build
