Changes for version 0.10 - 2008-09-22

Test for M::B during Makefile.PL install updated version and make sure that CPANPLUS::Dist::Build is installed as well ( RT #39477 ).
Check if M::B is installed. set prefer_makefile to 0 if it is.

To install CPANPLUS::YACSmoke, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CPANPLUS::YACSmoke

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CPANPLUS::YACSmoke
