Changes for version 0.26 - 2008-12-09

Logic in install_prereq callback slightly out. If the prereq is marked as 'aborted' we really should not give up out of hand, but try it again until we get a FAIL or NA. Otherwise aborted prereqs will never get retried. etc.

cpanm CPANPLUS::YACSmoke
