Changes for version 0.28 - 2009-01-02

Implemented 'build_dir_reuse' type functionality into Dist::YACSmoke. It will 'trust' the build dir if it has seen a successful prepare/create and stash some meta data in the build dir in a .yacsmoke.yml file.

To install CPANPLUS::YACSmoke, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CPANPLUS::YACSmoke
