- Added test for sanctification plus adding an env variable

Lexically scoped sanctification of %ENV

To install Env::Sanctify, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Env::Sanctify

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Env::Sanctify
