POE-Component-CPANPLUS-YACSmoke-1.58

Changes for version 1.58 - 2008-12-18

Added IO::Pty as a prereq, and we will use Conduit 'pty-pipe' with POE::Wheel::Run, which solves some issues with some modules such as ack and Term::ReadKey.
