Added constant 1.17 as a prereq. Versions prior to 1.03 did not support the use constant { }; construct.

A base class for creating plugin-enabled POE Components.

importable constants for POE::Component::Pluggable

the plugin pipeline for POE::Component::Pluggable.

To install POE::Component::Pluggable, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm POE::Component::Pluggable

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install POE::Component::Pluggable
