Title : new()
Usage : my $stride = Bio::Tools::Run::PiseApplication::stride->new($location, $email, @params);
Function: Creates a Bio::Tools::Run::PiseApplication::stride object.
This method should not be used directly, but rather by
a Bio::Tools::Run::AnalysisFactory::Pise instance.
