New functions "set_row_pointers" and "set_image_data" for access to low-level PNG structures.

make libpng constants available

Perl interface to the C library "libpng".

To install Image::PNG::Libpng, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Image::PNG::Libpng

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Image::PNG::Libpng
