Changes for version 0.15

The line numbers in error messages work (line 1 is the first line now).
The incorrect information about compilation failing on Windows has been removed from the documentation.
There are some more tests.
There is a "Changes" file.

Convert JSON into a Perl variable

To install JSON::Parse, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm JSON::Parse

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install JSON::Parse
