Changes for version 0.16

Documented the json_file_to_perl routine.
Changed some error messages and removed unused error messages.
The byte numbers in error messages work, and the offending character is also printed. There is an escape for non-printing characters.

Convert JSON into a Perl variable

To install JSON::Parse, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm JSON::Parse

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install JSON::Parse
