Changes for version 0.02

Tests now exit gracefully (pass) if the google-chrome executable is not installed. Minor POD changes.

Operations on the DOM loaded in Chrome

To install WWW::Mechanize::Chrome::DOMops, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm WWW::Mechanize::Chrome::DOMops

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install WWW::Mechanize::Chrome::DOMops
