Changes for version 0.09_01

Fixed t/03handler.t. The test log file was in unix format t/Log-Handler-Test-File.log, now it use File::Spec catfile(). Testing for Windows...

A simple handler to log messages to log files.

To install Log::Handler, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Log::Handler

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Log::Handler
