Add a chain() function, like how MooX::AliasedAttributes has an alias() function.

Make your attributes chainable.

To install MooX::ChainedAttributes, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MooX::ChainedAttributes

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MooX::ChainedAttributes
