More documentation cleanup.
Rearrange the headers behavior so that when headers are pulled from the CSV they can be gotten at via the headers attribute.

To install Text::CSV::Auto, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Text::CSV::Auto

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Text::CSV::Auto
