- Switched from using [NextRelease] to [ChangelogFromGit] for generating the Changes file. Turned on "issues" for [GithubMeta]. Started using [CopyFilesFromBuild] to pull the built README and LICENSE files into the repo, so they're visiable via Github. Re-ordered the testing plugins to better match their paths within the build.

Declare subtests using subroutine attributes

To install Test::Subtest::Attribute, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::Subtest::Attribute

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::Subtest::Attribute
