Change namespace to remove ::Plugin:: for new auth framework.
Gutted most of the code in the module by subclassing Catalyst::Authentication::Credential::HTTP.

To install Catalyst::Authentication::Credential::HTTP::Proxy, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Catalyst::Authentication::Credential::HTTP::Proxy

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Catalyst::Authentication::Credential::HTTP::Proxy
