Changes for version 1.28 - 2010-06-16

  • Fix generated Pod tests so that the first check is if the TEST_POD environment variable is set. (RT#58433)
  • Fix link in the Pod for Catalyst::Restarter (RT#57362)
  • Fix the pod-coverage version required by the generated app tests.
  • Fix the restarter to only act upon file events (and ergo ignore the creation of empty directories).
