Changes for version 0.05

Ensure that we have an initialised metaclass to apply roles to in AttrContainer::Inheritable, fixing bugs with non-moose base classes which have not has a metaclass initialised for them.

To install MooseX::MethodAttributes, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MooseX::MethodAttributes

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MooseX::MethodAttributes
