bump major version
HTTP::Cookies::Chrome v3 handles version 24 of the Chrome cookie database. If you need earlier versions, you an earlier version of this module.
Chrome now prepends the sha256 of the host key to the value before it encrypts it.

cpanm HTTP::Cookies::Chrome
