Changes for version 0.02

Use Module::Install::PadrePlugin to allow the user to install the plugin to their local dir
instead of use() Perl::Tidy, require() when needed
Update for the latest plugin system

Format perl files using Perl::Tidy

To install Padre::Plugin::PerlTidy, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Padre::Plugin::PerlTidy

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Padre::Plugin::PerlTidy
