Changes for version 1.08

1. changed accept socket to non-blocking 2. expanded shared memory to 1MiB (TODO: should be an option) 3. removed extra debug messages

To install Net::Waiter, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::Waiter

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::Waiter
