CCCP-Encode-0.01

Changes for version 0.01 - 2010-03-07

Perl extension for character encodings from utf-8 to any cyrillic (koi8-r, windows-1251, etc.)

To install CCCP::Encode, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CCCP::Encode

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CCCP::Encode
