Changes for version 1.7.3 - 2017-09-27

Replace requires_external.t with a check in the Makefile.PL for clustalw. This ensures that the installation fails instead of triggering a test failure since a test failure indicates a bug in the package. This avoids failure reports CPAN Testers.

Object for the calculation of a multiple sequence alignment from a set of unaligned sequences or alignments using the Clustalw program

To install Bio::Tools::Run::Alignment::Clustalw, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Bio::Tools::Run::Alignment::Clustalw

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Bio::Tools::Run::Alignment::Clustalw
