Add Template Toolkit support to CGI::Application

To install CGI::Application::Plugin::TT, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::Application::Plugin::TT

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::Application::Plugin::TT
