OK, only Linux returns an error when fsync'ing a TTY. Time to release a version without the test.

- Irix doesn't return error when fsync'ing a TTY. Removed test.

Perl access to fsync() and sync() function calls

To install File::Sync, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm File::Sync

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install File::Sync
