better workaround for #54500, now also works with explicit scheme specifications (e.g. 'HTML'), not just the default value
unsupported output formats (due to uninstalled modules) now croak at import
allow all types of colour schemes acceptet by Graphics::ColorNames
add missing tests for Color::Calc::color_* calls

cpanm Color::Calc

install Color::Calc
