Changes for version 0.031 - 2003-11-03

include missing dependency on DBI (>= 1.2) in Makefile.PL (reported by Joshua Hoblitt).
database type names are now case-insensitively.

Find a parser class for a database connection.

To install DateTime::Format::DBI, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm DateTime::Format::DBI

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install DateTime::Format::DBI
