Previous release introduced a bug in utf8_skip(), fixed the bug and increased test coverage.

To install Unicode::UTF8, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Unicode::UTF8

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Unicode::UTF8
